The art of Angelini emphasizes the others: the other as different and unknowable, the other as mutable, faithfully obeying the rule that Heraclitus affirmed through “no one ever steps twice in the same river” ; his colors are therefore “personal”, reflecting the collection of visions he brings back from his travels, which he tries to obtain in an intuitive way, by mixing them manually and by coordinating them progressively: Angelini cannot create twice the same color, but only create colors that gather the same; this aspect emphasizes the specificity of the differences existing in the world, both in people and in things.
